The restaurant was recently renovated and has the most indoor/outdoor patio area. I felt like I was on a resort in Mexico. They had live music. The drinks were flavorful and strong. “ Hey Family! Blue Agave was a solid dining experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that made it a nice spot to unwind. Our server was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. The carne asada corn tacos were definitely a highlight. The meat was tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning, and the corn tortillas were fresh and added a nice touch. While it may not be a "must-eat" spot, it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for good food and great service. A pleasant experience overall! “ Blue Agave is located in the plaza with LA Fitness, Yogli Mogli and Jason's Deli. They have a bar, tables and booths to dine in solo or with a group. It is a casual setting with an upbeat vibe and the servers and staff are friendly. I dined in twice on a weekday evening around 8:30 ish and the customer service, food and drinks were pretty good. On my first visit, I ordered guacamole, birria tacos and a strawberry margarita with a tajin rim. Hubby also had the birria tacos. My son ordered a kids burrito and taco kids meal and did not like it. The guacamole was chunky and needed salt, but good otherwise. The birria was good and the meat was seasoned very well. The consume was okay. The top shelf margaritas were two for $20 (National Margarita Day special), so hubby and I opted for this. The margaritas were strong, not bad, but not good! During the first visit, I found out that they will not take back food. We tried to send back the kids meal to replace for birria, since my son did not like it, but they would not remove it from our bill, so hubby and I shared our food with our son and took some of his to make it work out. On my next visit, I noticed that they actually have this disclaimer on their menu at the bottom, so keep in mind that you should not order ANYTHING (food or beverage), that you are uncertain about, because you will be stuck with it. I tried the quesadilla supreme and two tequila based drinks that I really liked. It had grapefruit juice, lime, salt and tajin with orange! Hubby ordered birria again and my son opted for the steak fajitas! The food was great! Everyone liked their food. Overall, I like this spot. I recommend if you're in the area and want some flavorful food and good drinks. ”

“ I honestly can't complain about this location. I'm a frequent visitor here and service as well as food is always amazing. The drinks are strong, the food flavorful and the staff is great. There's no going wrong here regardless what time u arrive. The bartenders Huero and Katalina are awesome and the owners/managers Carlos and Javier are exquisite at their customer service and care. This place is clean friendly and delicious. I'll be back ”
